Phobos is a family of new generation digital recorders from Voice Recorders Ltd.

PHOBOS Secure X10 is a PC based modular digital voice recorder with 10 PCI slots with cards for recording from analogue or digital telephones, ISDN trunk lines, radios, microphones faxes, mobile telephones, CCTV Video. Based upon standard commercial PC hardware with feature rich software taking advantage of rapid technology and advances in audio processing and storage technology.

With Phobos its easy to search and find recordings, they are listed by time, date, telephone numbers, duration and you can add text comments to a recording and e mail copies to others as standard WAV files. For Contact Centres export recordings to third party scoring and reporting quality monitoring software packages such as "Evaluate". See quite agents and irate customers. For surveillance pick out quite and busy periods quickly. (Original recordings are stored in proprietary encrypted for legally admissible purposes.) There is also a typist footswitch option for recorder control for transcription / dictation. Digital filtering for graphic equalisation for enhanced audio, e.g. pick out quite conversations from background noise.

PHOBOS Secure X10 is supplied as a complete standalone system that can also be connected to the network for remote access by other PC workstations or over the Internet. Conveniently housed in a high grade PC chassis complete with multimedia colour display, keyboard and mouse with necessary hardware and software installed.

PHOBOS Secure X10 modular configuration offers the ability to mix and match recording cards for analogue, digital, VoIP. CCTV Phobos utilises industry standard upgradeable “COTS” PC components to ensure that customer investment is protected as PC and information technology improves.

PHOBOS Secure X10 can use your corporate LAN, client/server structure to its full extent, or it does the job as a stand-alone system in a very efficient manner.

PHOBOS Secure X10 automatically records all incoming and outgoing calls with telephone number tagging. Also records from microphones, radios, and faxes CCTV with audio & Video streaming onto any media.
